After that happened with Dodo0 and PlaYa I have decided to change the entire level and ranks.
So look how the ranks go now
Level 1:VIP
Level 2:Moderator(Cant ban,can kick)
Level 3:Moderator(cant ban anymore)
Level 4:Administrator(can ban)
Level 5:Global Moderator
Level 6:Head Admin
Level 7:Co Owner
Level 8:Owner
Happy now?So you wanted this to happen?Because i didnt.
Here are the cmds
VIP(Level 1)

Player: getinfo, weaps, ping, ip
Vehicle: fix, repair, addnos, tcar
Tele: saveplacae, gotoplace
Adm: goto, onduty, saveskin, useskin, dontuseskin, setmytime, adminarea
Other: lconfig, viplist, morning, reports, richlist, miniguns
Moderator(Level 2)
Player: giveweapon, setcolour, burn, spawn, disarm, highlight, jetpack, flip, fu
Player: ban, slap, (un)mute, laston, lspec, lspecoff
Vehicle: acar, abike, aheli, aboat, aplane, lspecvehicle
Tele: get, vgoto, lgoto
Adm: lmenu, clearchat, write, announce, announce2, screen, (un)lockcar
Other: wanted, jailed, frozen, muted, fstyles

Moderator(Level 3)
Set: set(health/armour/skin/wanted/name/weather/time/world/interior/ping/gravity)");
Player: ubound, duel, akill, aka, caps,(un)freeze, kick, explode,(un)jail, force, eject, (s)removecash");

Adm: ctele, lockserver, enable, disable, spam, god, godcar, botcheck, forbidname, forbidword, fakedeath

Global Moderator(Level 5)
Player: fakechat, fakedeath, fakecmd");
Adm: god, sgod, console /giveallweapon");
Other: pickup, object, respawncars");

Head Admin(Level 6)
No extra cmds

Co Owner(Level 7)
