This is my suggestions to make the server good and alive:

1- Add reaction test.

2- Add a new admin system consist of 10 levels.
Level 1: Normal player with normal cmds.
Level 2: Moderator.
Level 3: Master moderator.
Level 4: Admin/kick
Level 5: Admin kick/ban/enable/disable hydra for normal players/mute and more cmds.
Level 6: Admin like admin 5 and he can jail/mute for a limited time/kick for limited time/ban for limited time.
Level 7: Head admin.
Level 8: Management.
Level 9: Co-Owner.
Level 10: Owner

3- Put ChatBot to prevent advertising and swearing ex:- 37.59.28.180:14697

The ChatBot will type with red colour on the advertiser screen No Advertising!
And mute him for 5 minutes for advertising.
And some players had a trick to advertise ex:- 3 7 . 5 9 . 2 8 . 1 8 0 : 1 4 6 9 7
The ChatBot will not detect it and it will typed in the chat box.
If this problem occurred the admins will do /clearallchat and ban him for 15 days!

4- Make more admins at least 10 admin to protect the server and when you log in everytime you will see administrators online to protect the server anytime.

5- Make hydra for admins only and hunter RC- Plane etc...
And admins can make Happy Hour they enable all the players all this kinds of vehicles that for admins only or enable one vehicle to all players.
