HH - Easily whilst in a death match if he doesn't take no damage hes hacking or /spectate the player, or if there is a command simply use that.
Fly - Either by spotting the player or /spectate.
Not going to list all because you need common sense to spot hackers, there should be a anticheat for admins anyways.
Write in 120 words why do you want to be admin:
I chose to become admin on the server because I want to change the server into a friendly community and a welcoming society, I also wanted to help the server with as much support as possible. I love to help people and becoming a member of staff , I could help them even further by solving disputes, watching over the server, taking suggestions and organizing the hotel. Since this is a multi-optional server , there seems to be many more problems dealing with things that could lead to flaming then it just gets out of hand because the staff are busy and if I could become an staff, I would be able to help people in my time-zone when most admins are offline. If I did bring become staff to more times, people would probably see this as an all-round hotel they could play anytime they felt and we could get a larger player base. To be honest, I would be very active online at the hotel, I would have a few breaks maybe to go out for a while or either eat dinner or so but I would surely be online atleast 5-6 hours on a weekday and much more around 6-7 hours on weekend (per day) and if I go on holiday I will stay active still no matter what happens, and at times even more if I push my self to strive and help the server, However it is the christmas holidays therefore I would be even MORE active on the server. I would enjoy to help just to push the server to that level the players want it to be, I would bring new player personalities, I would make the users smile and always be in the positive mood and attitude due to alot of flaming and arguements on big servers.

I have and I have a lot of experience and dedication, ive been staff numerous amount of times, ive owned severals of different types of servers from testing and trying to operate my own server. Other than that I have been moderator, admin, helper on a range of servers its hard to name it all. With my experience I can help the server by treating players fairly no matter what, and guide the players with tips & advice and upcoming support. I am clever with people bug exploiting, I can supervise the server alot and supply every player with confidence and self esteem. I believe the skills I have adapted from working at other servers can be useful for the community. I wish to become an admin because this opportunity to become staff can assist me in becoming a more active member in the community and will allow me to share my experiences with other users. As a staff member, I can assure you that your hotel will have an experienced admin who knows how to handle situations and help others whilst adding to the community.
What can you do for us?:/
Seeing as I have a youtube channel with 410 subscribers, advertising and making videos on this could assist the server very well because it would attract many users to join because it is a very good and professional server. And as a active player it will also assist the server ALOT, because I could monitor the server at all times. There are obviously many attributes a person needs to be a good staff, One of the most important and under-rated qualities I feel is most important in working as staff is maturity. The more mature the staff are the better the staff will be. High levels of maturity show experience working on servers and it shows other members they can trust you with any problem they may have.
